The ESL Art Activity-

This is a simple game you can adapt for almost any class. What is presented here is the basic framework and you can adapt this for different levels of class.
It uses the idea of a students describing a piece of modern art to each other.

Introductions- Fun or Dull-

Make your introductions interesting; how to do this with a subject like the past progressive and past continuous. Anything is better than standing at the front of a class going into long grammar explanations.
This video uses the example of explaining a grammar point to make the introduction more interesting.

b-p bilabial plosives-

This video is a short explanation of one method to teach the difference between the /b/ and /p/ sounds to your class.
